We constantly work with a just-in-time inventory management system and delivery because it enables us to have almost zero wastage and to guarantee a greater freshness of the ingredients. We do not keep in stock excess ingredients because we understand the difficulty in Singapore to maintain a sustainable source of its raw materials.
